Help Expected
At all the below events
Its that time of the year when we raise funds for the club via BBQs, raffles and appeals days.
Without these fundraising days the club cannot continue.
We are requesting that ALL members register to volunteer for at least one
of these events for a minimum of 4 hours.
This request is a call to all sections of the club including non competitive members.
The following events are scheduled for within the next month and
we request that you nominate a time that you can assist. You can nominate your time and event.
As you can see, there is alot of work to be done and it would be unfair to
have the same people do it year in year out. We don't expect miracles and we understand
that we all have busy lifestyles, but if we had just one person from each family
in the club volunteer for one of the above events, then we would have
more than enough people to do all this work.
Please contact the following people as soon as possible to nominate the
time and what event you can assist with.
