 Appeals Week
This week & weekend
Its that time of the year when we raise funds for the club via the appeals days.
Without these fundraising days the club cannot continue.
We are requesting that ALL members assist, especially the competing members
and Nipper parents. This request is to all sections of the club including
non competitive members. Over the next week there is alot of work to be done and
it would be unfair to have the same people do it year in year out.
We need people to assist at the following locations:

We don't expect miracles and we understand that we all have busy lifestyles,
but if we had just one person from each family in the club volunteer
for one of the above events, then we would have more than enough
people to do all this work. Basically all you have to do is stand next to a bucket,
have a happy face and say "thankyou" when someone makes a donation...Its that easy...
We are only asking for a few hours that I’m sure we can all afford to give to our club

Woolworths Warilla
Fundraiser Partner
The store Manager at Woolworths Warilla has locked our Surf Club in as the stores fundraiser partner.
He has set his staff a target of raising $1000 per week!!!!
Fundraising will start this weekend with a BBQ both Saturday and Sunday from 10am till 2pm.
Woolies will supply everything we need for the BBQ, we just need some members to turn up in the
red and yellow to cook snags and rattle the donation buckets.
We have also been booked in for the next 8 weeks for both Saturday and Sundays
but we need help. We will need 2 or 3 adults and as many cute
kids as we can get at each BBQ. Please let Jason Hall know what day you will help by contacting him.

Rescheduled Branch Junior Water Events
Information for South Coast Branch Championships
Junior Carnival Competitors
ALL Water Events Postponed to 12th February 2012 due to sea conditions.
Due to the Cancellation of ALL Water Events
on Sunday 5 February 2012
The Water events have been rescheduled for inclusion in conjunction with
the South Coast and Far South Coast Branchs Combined Carnival to be held at Mollymook SLSC
on Sunday 12 February 2012.
Carnival to start at 8:30
Report time for Team Managers and Water Safety 8:00
Official and Water Safety ratio to be the same as Shellharbour Carnival
Carnival will be run as per program for the combined carnival
with team events following after all individual events are completed
This will allow FSC people to get away as per planned as some are travelling from Pambula and Tathra
Club Entry Sheets will need to be presented at briefing for all Competitors Officials and Water safety
There will be no further entry costs.
Competitors can only compete for Branch Championship point
s if they were entered at the Shellharbour Carnival.
