Joining & Renewing Membership
Current Members
There are 6 easy steps to renew membership to Warilla-Barrack Point SLSC:
Step 1:
Log on or set up a logon at Lifesaving Online, check all your details are correct and pay. Alternatively, print and complete a SLSA Membership Form for each person.
Step 2:
All persons over 18 years must complete the Working with Children Check Form.
Step 3:
Complete a Surfcraft Registration Form for any privately owned surf equipment to be stored in the clubs gear shed.
Step 4:
Members wishing to make use of the Gym are required to sign the Gym Form.
Step 5:
Those members wishing for Club Security access are to fill out a Request for Security Access Form.
Step 6:
Bring the completed form/s and any payment still to be made to the Rego Day.
