SMS Entry Advice
If you wish to compete in a carnival, you must inform the applicable either Senior or Junior Registrar via SMS.
It is the competitors responsibility to ensure that they advise the applicable Registrar their intention to compete at a carnival. This must be advised by SMS. The registrar will then advise by return SMS any carnival entry fees and arrangements for payment. Payment must be made before the entry will be submitted for the carnival. If an SMS Entry Advice is not supplied by the due date, you will not be entered for the carnival, all SMS Entry Advice closing dates are noted on the Club calendar located on the Members page. Advising the applicable registrar by an other means eg email, telling her on the beach, will not be accepted.
