Seniors Training
Senior board training has begun for the 2009/2010 season.Please be at the club house at 3pm Saturday.

Because Surf Club offers such a variety of different activities from the water to the beach training varies all are welcome to join in the activities below or start your own training group just for fun the gym is free for patrolling members.

Junior Training
Junior Board Training for 2009/2010 is currently held at 2pm Saturday and 5pm Thursdays. Board training is coordinated by Shane Dowel This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it

There may be instances where training is either cancelled or transferred to another venue it is the parents responsibility to keep informed.

Beach Training                                                                                                                                                   
Beach training with Jim Poplin will start this Thursday's at 3.30pm. The 3.30 start will be for the school holidays only. Beach training will be at 4pm on Thursday's when school goes back. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn beach skills and increase your fitness, not just for sprints and flags, but for transitions within ironpersons.
