We are very excited to introduce our new 2026/27 WBP Nipper Handbook - your go to document for everything Nippers at Warilla-Barrack Point!
 

Whether this is your family’s first season at WBP or you’ve been part of the club for years, this handbook has been designed to have everything you need in one place. It covers what Nippers is all about, who’s who, registration and proficiencies, what to expect on Sundays, training and competition pathways, communication, uniforms, getting involved, water safety and much more.
 

Our aim is simple: make it easier for families to understand how Nippers works, where to find information and how your child can get the most out of their time at Warilla! 
 

Updated Team Selection Policy & Code of Conduct

After a lengthy review and development process, the Club is also proud to introduce our updated:

Club Competition Team & Nominated Competitor Selection Policy, covering both junior and senior athletes; and

Code of Conduct & Expectations, covering members, parents, guardians and carers.

These documents provide a clearer, more transparent and consistent framework around competition, team selection, participation, behaviour and the standards we expect when representing Warilla-Barrack Point.
 

Any questions, feedback or queries relating to the Team Selection Policy or Code of Conduct should be directed to the Junior Team Manager directly.
 

Most importantly, Nippers simply doesn't happen without our families and volunteers.

Our Age Managers, coaches, water safety personnel, officials, committee members and the many parents who put their hands up each week are what make this Club what it is.
 

Your input and feedback are critical to continuing to build a great Nippers program. We won't always get everything perfect, and we want families to feel comfortable asking questions, offering ideas and getting involved.

We have a fantastic season ahead of us and can't wait to see our Nippers back on the beach, learning new skills, having fun, supporting their mates and proudly representing Warilla-Barrack Point.
